Geoff Barrow's kraut masters return with new track 'Sex Music', streaming below

Bristol electronic and krautrock trio BEAK>; have returned with their first new music since last year’s Couple In A Hole soundtrack.

So far this year the band, led by Portishead’s Geoff Barrow, have played shows in Belfast and in Portugal with more scheduled for the summer months including several festival appearances such as Field Day.

‘Sex Music’, streaming above, is a tight, groove-laden slice of psyche-electronica chock with languid keys, abrupt percussion and vocals reminiscent of Dan Snaith’s robotic flutter.

Expected to appear on a forthcoming BEAK> LP later in the year, this should tide those of us still longing for a Portishead reunion over for another while.
