Finely-named Toronto grungemongers Dilly Dally have emerged with the first single from their debut LP. Sore. ‘Desire’ is sleeker, catchier, but no less confrontational than past releases, building itself around a gorgeous, lazy riff and drifting more towards the Siamese Dream side of fuzz. The track’s enthralling left-turn, as ever, comes from Katie Monks’ cathartic snarl.
