Lescop Announces Debut Album

Dark disco Parisian's debut LP gets physical release on Pop Noire

French dark disco man Lescop is set to release his self-titled debut album on CD and vinyl via Pop Noire on June 3.

Described as a set of "eleven poisonous songs", the album was produced by Johnny Hostile, co-founder of Pop Noire along with Savages’ Jehnny Beth and one third of new improvisation trio HTB.

As a taster of the release, the label last week posted the Sylvie Verheyde-directed video for album cut ‘La Nuit Américaine’, which you can watch above, following up on the promo for opener ‘La Forêt’, directed by Beth:
