Lee Gamble Announces New Three-Part LP

Lee Gamble's next album will come in three parts

Lee Gamble is to begin releasing a new album triptych on Hyperdub next year.

Titled Flush Real Pharynx, the album will arrive in three parts. The first, titled In A Paraventral Scale, is made up of seven tracks and due for release in February. You can check a video for one of the tracks – ‘Many Gods Many Angels’ – above.

The first part of the series is described as focusing "on the seductive/destructive nature of present-day reality through a symbolic prism inhabited by snakes, vehicles and mirages." The album loosely explores the three stages of the Semioblitz, explained, as a press release puts it, as the "aggressive onslaught of visual and sonic stimuli of contemporary cities and virtual spaces."

Hyperdub will release In A Paraventral Scale on February 1, 2019.
