Laurel Halo To Curate 2019 MODE Series

GAS, Beatrice Dillon and more will play the series of events across London this September and October

Laurel Halo will curate this year’s MODE event series in London, following on from Ryuichi Sakamoto who took on the role in 2018.

The series will take in a number of events across the capital over September and October, with the likes of GAS, Julia Holter, Beatrice Dillon and Julia Holter all set to play.

It all kicks off on September 18 at The Round Chapel where Julia Holter will headline with support from Eli Keszler and Tashi Wada Group. On September 21, an opening party club event will take place at a secret location featuring DJ sets from DJ Bone, Funkineven, DEBONAIR and Parris. Laurel Halo will also play an ambient set, while Rashad Becker will play live.

Further highlights include a performance of Eliane Radigue’s Occam Ocean by Carol Robinson, Julia Eckhardt, Yannick Guédon and Bertrand Gauguet at St. Michael and All Angels Church on September 28, and a 10 Hours of Ambient event at a secret location featuring GAS, Beatrice Dillon, Ellen Arkbro and more on September 28.

Laurel Halo’s curated MODE series will run from September 18 – October 6. More names and events will be announced in the coming weeks. You can get tickets, and find more information, here.
