Kristin Hersh has confirmed details of a new album which will be released by Fire Records.
Entitled Possible Dust Clouds, the album marks the start of a new partnership between Hersh and Fire Records. The album is preceded by a new track called ‘LAX’ which you can hear above.
"I’m thrilled to find some likeminded teammates in the shifting paradigm of the recording industry," Hersh says of her signing to Fire Records. "Together, we can do a lot more damage than we could ever pull off alone, and damage is what’s called for when an old guard is falling. This is gonna be a swell party."
Hersh will play Robert Smith’s Meltdown at London’s Southbank Centre on June 21. She also has a number of dates lined up around the UK in the latter half of June. For a full list of tour dates, head here.
