King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard are releasing a remix album, featuring reworked versions of tracks from their latest album, Butterfly 3000.
Spanning 21 tracks, Butterfly 3001 features remixes by Donato Dozzy, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, the Flaming Lips, Yu Su, DJ Shadow, DāM-FunK, Peaches and Confidence Man, among others. Above, you can listen to Peaches’ contribution to the release, ‘Neu Butterfly 3000’.
Butterfly 3000, released in June of this year, was King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard’s second full-length album of 2021, following on from February’s L.W..
KGLW will release Butterfly 3001 on January 21, 2022.
