King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard Announce New Album

The fourth album from King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard to be released this year is out this Friday (November 17)

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have announced their fourth album of 2017, entitled Polygonwanaland. You can watch the video for 11-minute lead track ‘Crumbling Castle’ above.

The album will be available for free from the band’s website this Friday (November 17), and the band are inviting fans to make their own ‘copies’ of the record. They have also said that they will release one more album before the end of the year.

"This record is FREE," the band say. "Free as in, free. Free to download and if you wish, free to make copies. Make tapes, make CDs, make records."

Concluding their announcement of the album, the band say: "We do not own this record. You do. Go forth, share, enjoy."

The band will tour the UK and Ireland in February, taking in dates at London’s Brixton Academy (February 21), Manchester’s Academy (February 22), O2 Olympia Theatre (February 23) and Glasgow’s ABC (February 25).
