Kim Gordon Reveals First Solo LP, ‘No Home Record’

Matador will release the former Sonic Youth member's first solo full-length

Kim Gordon has announced details of her first solo album, titled No Home Record.

The record takes its title from a Chantal Akerman film and was produced in LA with Justin Raisen, who’s worked with Angel Olsen, Yves Tumor, John Cale and more in the past. You can check a video for the album’s lead track, ‘Sketch Artist’, which depicts Gordon as a taxi driver for an app titled ‘Unter’ in the streets of LA. Amongst the album’s nine tracks also is 2016 single ‘Murdered Out’.

Matador will release No Home Record on October 11, 2019.
