Kate Bush’s 22-date run of shows at London’s Eventim Apollo in 2014 was met with much hysteria when it was announced with rave reviews following as soon as they got underway.
Now those shows will be documented in the form of a live album from Bush, entitled Before The Dawn in the vein of the tour itself. It will be available as a 3CD or 4LP set, with LP1 – or ‘Act One’ as it is being referred to – taking in a seven-song set including hits such as ‘Running Up That Hill’ and ‘Hounds Of Love’.
‘Act Two’ takes in the second side of her Hounds Of Love album, while ‘Act Three’ is made up of side two of her 2005 album Aerial. There is also a track featured called ‘Never Be Mine’, which was apparently culled from rehearsal sessions for the tour and a track called ‘Tawny Moon’ sung by her son Bertie, who made an appearance in the shows. It is out on November 25.
