With three years having passed since the release of her last album, Apocalypse Pop, Karin Park is back with a new single called ‘Blue Roses’.
Above, you can check a video for the track which is set in the forests of Sweden, the country in which Park was born. She’s self-directed the video alongside her best friend Olle Lundin, and it also stars some of the kids at Park’s old primary school, which has been threatened with closure due to financial problems.
‘Blue Roses’ features on her upcoming EP which is due for release in November. The track, she says, is about growing up, and the feeling of empowerment that comes with that development.
