Magnificent drums / oscillators / pedals / sax outfit and proud bearers of the ‘Worst Band In Basingstoke’ mantle Sly And The Family Drone are looking for people to attend a free outdoor gig that they’re putting on which will be captured to make an upcoming music video.
Details are scant at the moment but the filming will take place in an outdoor location in Hampshire, easily accessible by train from London, in the early evening of September 22. It would be wise to bear in mind that Sly And The Family Drone – no matter the lack of respect in their hometown – are actually one of the most consistently brilliant live British noise bands of the last decade or so.
