The first announcement for this year’s Simple Things in Bristol has been announced with John Carpenter confirmed to play a special finale concert.
He will perform a retrospective of his soundtrack work as well as a number of original compositions taken from his Lost Themes albums as part of a tour that stretches across much of this year. The bulk of Simple Things’ activities will take place across multiple Bristol venues on October 22 though Carpenter’s finale concert will take place at Bristol’s Colston Hall on October 23.
