Joe Meek Documentary Seeks Funding

Film-makers seek funding for documentary about pioneering English record producer and songwriter

The filmmakers of a documentary about English producer and songwriter Joe Meek entitled A Life In The Death Of Joe Meek are putting out a request for donations to help complete the film. Susan Stahman and Howard S. Berger of Palm Door Films traveled across England, Scotland and the US to interview over 70 people about the pioneering record producer. The feature-length documentary explores the rise, fall and resurrection of Joe Meek, and includes exclusive interviews with Jimmy Page, Steve Howe, Alex Kapranos, Keith Strickland, Edwyn Collins and Huw Bunford.
