SWEET BABY JESUS IN THE MANGER – I NEED TO ROCK!
If like The Quietus you need to rock and you live in London town or its surrounding environs, there can be no better way to do this next week than going to see The Jim Jones Revue live as part of The Rock’n’Roll Circus at Inn On The Green, London, W10 on Friday 19 June.
When we listen to their 7" single ‘Princes And The Frog’ we’re sure of the fact that it’s one of the most exciting things that has happened in The Quietus office since the short-lived and ill-advised introduction of ‘Chisel Friday’; which was cancelled shortly afterwards because of legal, moral, health, sanity and financial ramifications.
The band are taking a short break soon to work on new material but we’ll be featuring an interview with them when they come back.
