Jeff Mills is heading out on a special tour to mark 30 years since the release of his iconic mix Live At The Liquid Room.
The run of dates will see him play clubs in London, Tokyo, Paris, Osaka and Hong Kong through the remainder of this year, with further shows in 2026 set to be announced at a later date.
Recorded in October 1995 at the Tokyo club of the same name, and released in May 1996, Live At The Liquid Room – Tokyo is widely seen as one of the greatest DJ mixes of all time. Across 38 tracks and three segments, Mills plays tunes from the likes of Surgeon, DJ Funk, Joey Beltram, Claude Young and himself, among others. He mixes tracks at blistering speed across the set, playing on a setup of two turntables and two reel-to-reel tape machines.
The tour gets underway at London’s fabric on November 8 before continuing on to Japan the following weekend where Mills will play Osaka’s Joule (November 14) and Tokyo’s Liquidroom (November 15). He will play Hong Kong’s 宀 Club on November 21 and wind up the 2025 run of dates at Paris’ Fvtvr on December 5.
Both the London and Paris events will include a film screening, featuring previously unseen material from the original Tokyo club set.
