Jeff Mills will hold a four-date residency at London’s Barbican in June 2017 called ‘From Here To There’.
The Detroit techno pioneer will play four shows across five days with the residency kicking off on June 8 with a performance entitled Life To Death And Back. That show will be based on a film he made in 2014 in collaboration with Le Louvre and will see 12 dancers depicting "the 12 stages of reincarnation" set to Mills’ soundtrack. The dates finish on June 12 with a performance inspired by Gustav Holst’s The Planets. Tickets for the shows go on sale tomorrow here.
