The expanded edition of David Bowie’s comeback album will contain a remix by James Murphy of DFA Records.
Murphy who nailed his colours to the mast as a Bowie fan with such LCD Soundsystem songs as ‘Never As Tired As When I’m Waking Up’ and ‘All I Want’ has reworked ‘Love Is Lost’ as the ‘Hello Steve Reich Mix’.
The Next Day Extra three disc collectors edition is released on November 4 and contains five unheard tracks as well as two new remixes.
The track list of the "companion" album runs: ‘Atomica’, ‘Plan’, ‘The Informer’, ‘Like A Rocket Man’, ‘Born In A UFO’, ‘I’d Rather Be High (Venetian Mix)’, ‘I’ll Take You There’, ‘God Bless The Girl’, ‘So She’ as well as the Murphy remix.
A third disc will contain all of Bowie’s recent videos
