Interesting footage reaches the Quietus this afternoon. Last week, we say Yeah Yeah Yeahs guitarist at Village Underground for the Mark Stewart and Factory Floor gig. What is he doing in town, we asked ourselves. Well, it appears that we have the answer: Zinner is currently working in Benge’s synth-jammed London studio with none-other than James Murphy. Above you can see the Moog 960 deployed. Below, they’re working on a piece under the title The Animals. "It’s super Latin!" cries Murphy as synths do convincing impersonations of creatures of the nocturnal jungle.
