James Blake To Release New EP

Blubstep Jim to release Enough Thunder in October

In advance of his UK tour this autumn, James Blake will release a new EP, the second since the release of his self-titled album, in October. Given that it’s due to contain his Bon Iver collaboration ‘Fall Creek Boys Choir’ and a soporific cover of Joni Mitchell’s ‘A Case Of You’, it’s probably safe to assume it’ll be a whole lot more accessible (and mournful) than his recent 12" on Hemlock. That record saw him returning to his slightly more twisted electronic roots, where Enough Thunder looks set to continue down the sorrowful songwriter pathway he forged down with his album.

Enough Thunder will be released through Blake’s own label Atlas on 10th October.
