Jacko Says No To Jackson 5 Reunion

Band of brothers man down for tour

Despite yesterday’s announcement that the Jackson 5 would be reforming for a world tour and new record, Michael Jackson revealed today that he will not be joining his brothers on the road. Janet Jackson will be supporting.

Jackson (Michael) today issued a statement denying that he’ll have anything to do with it: "My brothers and sisters have my full love and support, and we’ve certainly shared many great experiences, but at this time I have no plans to record or tour with them," he said.

"I am now in the studio developing new and exciting projects that I look forward to sharing with my fans in concert soon."

Yesterday Jackson (Jermaine) had said, "What we’ve been doing is working on the music and all the logistics. It is going to be more like a family affair, Janet’s going to open and, of course, the original Jackson Five: Michael, Randy and the whole family."
