Another week and another collection of top acts announced for Incubate festival in The Netherlands. This time, 27 new artists have been added to an already formidable line-up, boasting Cabaret Voltaire, Mercury Rev, Perc & Truss, Fire!, and just so very many more.
Mr Scruff, who chose his Baker’s Dozen for us just last year , heads up the new names with somnambulant Finnish solo act and tQ favourite Jaakko Eino Kalevi, Bristol noise rockers Spectres and Cathy Lucas’s glorious new project Orlando all on the bill too. Other additions include Kimya Dawson, Wand, Grave Pleasures, Dan Mangan + Blacksmith, Girlpool, Death and Vanilla, Junior, Tearist, Tamarin Desert, Yussuf Jeruzalem, Jessica 93, Veil of Light, Circuit des Yeux, Group Rhoda, House of Wolves, Aloa Input, ZODH, Eternal Summers, Vök, Yast, Monophona, Hun Bed, and Dralms. The festival runs from September 14-20 across more than 20 venues in the city of Tilburg; full Monday to Sunday tickets are still available from the festival’s website for €114.
