At the turn of the decade, London post-punk outfit Hygiene released a number of EPs, as well as a debut LP, through various DIY labels based in the UK and the US before going on hiatus in 2012.
They’re now back with their first new album since 2011’s Public Sector, and on a new label, Upset The Rhythm. Premiering above from Private Sector is new track ‘Replacement Bus’, a two-minute insight into the themes explored on the LP involving the realities of present-day Britain.
"Recommended for fans of Real Ale, British Rail Class 55 Deltics, Euston station and Jeremy Corbyn," reads a message accompanying the label’s announcement of the new album, which is the latest instalment in Upset The Rhythm’s busy 15th anniversary release schedule.
