New York-based techno producer Hound Scales has this week released his new EP, Sabbath Lillie Hawks, out via White Asega. Named with a nod to the perverted preacher’s daughter in Southern Gothic writer Flannery O’Connor’s novel Wise Blood, the record’s fittingly an immersion in the darker side of dance music, and features three new tracks and a remix from Forward Strategy Group. We’ve got a first look at the video for opener ‘Odile’, a hyper-surrealist clip for a cut of addictive minimalist electronics with a warped soul track looping through it – have a watch above.
