WATCH: Gum Takes Tooth – White Fear

Brain scrambling 'Future VR life abstractions' from London noiseniks and director James B Stringer

Hypnotic drums’n’noises duo Gum Takes Tooth have unveiled a new video for the track ‘White Fear’. The track – also featured on their latest album Mirrors Fold which was released this month. Quietus review here – has been given a visual makeover by Director James B Stringer, who takes its fearsome chased-through-the-cyber-jungle-by-angry-robot-tribesmen vibes and wallops them into a space somewhere between outer and inner, where the buses don’t run and the laws of gravity can go piss in a hat.

Says GTT’s Jussi Brightmore: "It was made after our musings/imaginings on a post-human consciousness manifested through digital materials operating at a quantum level, future VR life, abstraction and surrealism in 3d CG gaming aesthetics."

Now that’s what I’m talking about.
