On April 29, American alt-rockers Guided By Voices will be releasing their new album English Little League via Fire Records. Packaged alongside this in a few selected stores will be Glue On Bicycle (artwork above), a bonus compilation bringing together seven non-album B-sides from singles recently released by the band in the US, and we’ve got an exclusive full stream of it below:
These tracks capture the band’s melodic sensibilities through the prism of lo-fi production values, interspersing more accessible cuts like ‘She Wore Blue and Green’ and ‘Build A Bigger Iceberg’ with the abrasive rawness of ‘Full Framed Luberon’ and ‘Little Jimmy The Giant’s distorted noise, and ending with the warped, baroque psych of ‘See You Soon’.
