Grimes has shared a new track, titled ‘Violence’, as well as an accompanying video, which you can watch above.
The track sees Claire Boucher team up with producer i_o, while its video is self-directed. It’s the first track to emerge from Boucher since last year’s single, ‘We Appreciate Power’, and was teased earlier this week via an Instagram post which was captioned "A new way to die!"
It’s expected that the new track will feature on Grimes’ new album, Miss Anthropocene, which she revealed early details of in March of this year. A tracklist and release date for the LP is yet to be revealed.
