tQ’s in-house metal man Toby Cook included FTBOA in last month’s instalment of his Columnus Metallicus, where he said: "FTBOA create mostly creeping, endlessly unfurling dark ambient noisescapes; subtle, measured waves of crawling pastoral horror, cloaked in a broadly black metal aura and rooted in the myth and folklore of the pair’s native Western Ireland".
