Forest Swords Releases Single In Aid Of Relief Work

A new two-track single from Forest Swords has been released with proceeds to be donated to the relief work going on following recent natural disasters in Mexico and Puerto Rico

Forest Swords has released a new single to raise money for ongoing relief work following the earthquake that affected Mexico City and surrounding areas, and the hurricane which has devastated Puerto Rico.

The two-track single, made up of ‘Free’ and ‘Congregate’, is available to buy now – the tracks were recorded during the sessions for the producer’s recent album Compassion. ‘Free’ featured as a bonus track on Japanese editions of the album, while ‘Congregate’ is entirely new and comes with a video from origami artist Fynn Jackson. You can watch that above.

The single can be purchased digitally now at all digital music retailers. The producer’s move follows a similar one made by Mexico City-based record label Umor Rex last week, who are donating all proceeds from sales of their back catalogue to the Mexican Red Cross until October 15 following the earthquake that hit the city.
