The first names have been announced for this year’s Port Eliot Festival, with Archie Bronson Outfit, Awesome Tapes From Africa and Kurt Jackson and John Sauven heading up the initial set of acts.
Also featured in today’s announcement are Stealing Sheep, Chris Watson, Andrew Weatherall, John Andrews, Jane Weaver and many more. The festival also today reveals the return of the Caught By The River stage, by now a customary part of Port Eliot. The festival runs from July 30 – August 2 in the idyllic grounds of the Earl of St Germans estate in Cornwall. This year will also see the usual run of alternative activities taking place across the festival’s site – further details on those are forthcoming.
