Field Day 2015 Additions

Jägerhaus to host Telegram, Toy, Spring King and Zun Zun Egui. Pre- and after parties announced, including Fucked Up at The Shacklewell Arms

A fresh batch of artists have been announced for Victoria Park’s ninth Field Day. Among those slated to perform on the new Jägerhaus stage are Telegram, Toy (a perennial tQ favourite), Spring King, and Zun Zun Egui. Rounding out the line-up are Boxed In, Cheatahs, Formation, Jolta, Murkage, Rat Boy, Vaults, Zibra, All Tvvins, Cut Ribbons, Kagoule, Tuff Love and Whilk & Misky. Outside of the Jägerhaus, QT joins fellow PC Music avatars A.G. Cook and SOPHIE with a Saturday performance and Tame Impala’s Peter Bibby and Manchester electro-pop duo Bernard + Edith take to the stage on Sunday.

Hyping the weekend and helping with the inevitable comedown are a wealth of Field Day pre- and after parties. This year’s list includes the Oval Space’s Bugged Out! party on June 6 featuring John Talabot, Leon Vynehall, Shanti Celeste and Daniel Avery b2b Volteface, an Adam & Eve afterparty hosted by Awesome Tapes From Africa and a Shacklewell Arms pre-party featuring the polite young men and woman from Fucked Up. Other parties include: another Shacklewell Arms pre-party featuring Peter Bibby, The Vryll Society and Leopold And His Fiction, a Lock Tavern pre-party with POW! and an as-of-yet announced set of artists performing a Shacklewell Arms post-party. You can find Field Day on Facebook, purchase tickets and special Ride x Field Day Ticket Bundles and enter for a chance to win one pair of weekend VIP Field Day Tickets and one VIP pair of National Gallery’s Soundscapes tickets here.
