Fever Ray Announces New Album

Fever Ray announces details of her first album in nine years

Fever Ray has announced a new album, titled Plunge, set for release digitally tomorrow.

Plunge is Karin Dreijer’s first release in eight years and follows on from her self-titled debut album released in 2009. The album was largely recorded in Dreijer’s Stockholm studio in collaboration with producers Paula Temple, Deena Abdelwahed, NÍDIA, Tami T, Peder Mannerfelt and Johannes Berglund.

The album is set for release on Rabid Records on February 23. Dreijer will tour the album in 2018. Last week, she unveiled the album’s lead track ‘To the Moon and Back’ which you can watch the video for above. The physical release of the album will follow on February 28.

The release of Plunge marks Dreijer’s first new music since the end of The Knife, the duo she was part of alongside brother Olof Dreijer.
