Mute Head To Mexico For One-Day Festival

Liars, Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark and a whole raft of DJs for event in March

Mute have announced that they’ll be taking a prime selection of their roster over to Mexico for a one-day festival. Liars, Ben Frost and Land Observations will be performing live, as will special guests Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark. Alongside this, there are DJ sets from Vince Clarke, Apparat, the label’s founder Daniel Miller and Irmin Schmidt – fresh off the back of receiving a French knighthood – and also taking part in a talk.

Festival Mute Mexico, presented by Punto De Encuentro as part of Dual Year UK – MX 2015, takes place on March 21 at Valentín Gómez Farías in Tlaquepaque. Tickets are free but you’ll need to reserve them first, so act sharp – they’ll be available from Wednesday here.
