Italian trio Esperanza’s upcoming debut on Gomma, Esperanza is an understated, shapeshifting thing. Making fans of the likes of Erol Alkan and Border Community boss James Holden, it veers between a number of different approaches – booming electro-pop, strummed guitar balladry and swirling, Border Community-esque melodic techno.
In advance of the album’s release on the 5th December, we’re pleased to be able to offer a download of London duo Walls’ remix of first single ‘Jaipur’, which is due for release on December 12th. In typical Walls style, they turn it into a floaty, zero-gravity house track, in keeping with the original’s generally blissed-out mood.
