Elephant Road Compilation In Memory Of Amanda Moss

Work on the compilation begun before Amanda sadly passed away

London-based label Candela Rising and promoters Individual Collective have released a compilation dedicated to Amanda Moss, one of the founders of London nightclub Corsica Studios.

Moss, who opened the venue in Elephant and Castle 15 years ago, passed away on April 3, sometime after launching a crowdfunding campaign for treatment against ovarian cancer.

Elephant Road includes exclusive material from Kangding Ray, Headless Horseman, Rrose, Peder Mannerfelt, SØS Gunver Rydberg and Eomac, who donated their time towards the cause, and are all past guests of Individual Collective who host nights at the London venue.

The project was originally an effort to raise money for Moss’ medial treatment, however she sadly passed away before the album could be completed. Following her death, all proceeds from the album will be donated to Target Ovarian Cancer.

Elephant Road is available fromCandela Rising’s Bandcamp page.
