EFG London Jazz Festival has added a third wave of acts to the lineup for its 2024 edition, taking place later this year.
Newly announced performances include a show from former Wild Beasts member Tom Fleming under his One True Pairing alias at the Southbank Centre’s Purcell Room; Iranian kamancheh player and three-time Grammy nominee Kayhan Kalhor at the same venue’s Queen Elizabeth Hall; and Warp Records artist Clarissa Connelly at the ICA.
Other additions to the bill include Brazilian guitarist Fabiano Do Nascimento, who will perform his first ever UK show; the final of the BBC Young Jazz Musician competition; and a special show called Take Me To The River, which will bring together a number of musicians in celebration of the culture and music of US state Louisiana.
These additions join the previously announced likes of Matthew Herbert, Seun Kuti, Pat Metheny, Robert Glasper, Imelda May and many others on the bill.
Spread out across 10 days and now in its 32nd year, the festival will take place across a number of venues, including the Barbican Hall; Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall; KOKO; and Union Chapel.
EFG London Jazz Festival will take place from November 15 to 24, 2024. Find more information here.
