Early Madonna Tracks Appear Online

Andrew Morton sticks songs up

Some early material by soon-to-be-deported faux-toff Madonna has been put online by Princess Diana-appeaser Andrew Morton.

The tapes features early songs recorded in the basement of a synagogue by Madge and then boyfriend Dan Gilroy and his brother Ed, interspersed with fragments of her grating acceptance speech at her induction into the rock & roll hall of fame.

Speaking about the tapes, Morton says, "It is sweet and raw. It signifies to me how far she has come, a reminder of the explosion of talent."
