LISTEN: Dutch Uncles – Be Right Back

Listen to the song that West Didsbury & Chorlton AFC and Bootle FC will be walking out to this Saturday when the band premiere their new album at the MEN United cup quarter final

The band known to fans of contraction as ‘Chuncles are releasing their new album O Shudder through Memphis Industries on February 23. Before that, they’re giving the record its first full airing this weekend. No orange juice with the bits in breakfast playback at some fancy pants central London studio for them, though; no sir, the band will be blasting it out over the tannoy system of Brookburn Road, the home ground for West Didsbury & Chorlton AFC, who count DU among their fans and are playing in the MEN United cup quarter final against Bootle FC this Saturday. The premiere will come after the final whistle, but before that, the teams will walk out to ‘Be Right Back’ from the album, newly revealed today – listen above – and Dutch Uncles FC (there they are in their strip below) – will be taking part in a penalty shoot-out at half-time. Plus, they and the teams will be signing the match ball to give away in a raffle. Phew.
