Drew McDowall will release a new album later this month, titled A Thread, Silvered And Trembling.
Spanning four extended pieces, the record makes use of electronics, cello, viola, violin, harp and French horn. It was co-produced with engineer Randall Dunn at Brooklyn, New York’s Circular Ruin Studios. You can listen to the album’s closing track, ‘A Dream Of A Cartographic Membrane Dissolves’, above.
Dais Records will release A Thread, Silvered And Trembling on May 31, 2024.
