Drew McDowall has announced a new album titled The Third Helix, due next month on Dais Records.
The label says that the album sees the former Coil member focussing on "concept, ritual and immersion, in an exercise of unraveling the DNA of hallucination". Above, you can hear a track from the record, entitled ‘Rhizome’.
The album is McDowall’s third for Dais following on from 2015’s Collapse and last year’s Unnatural Channel. The label is also currently gearing up to release a new record from McDowall’s collaborator Hiro Kone.
The Third Helix is out on September 21.
