Tokyo post-rockers Mono recently released their sixth album For My Parents (artwork above) via Temporary Residence, Ltd, and they’ve just made ‘Dream Odyssey’ from the album available to download – get it below:
It’s a sweeping affair, as you’d expect, hulking with finely wrought guitar lines and loping bass and drum work, and graced by some vast-sounding strings courtesy of regular collaborators The Wordless Music Orchestra.
The band are also heading out on tour next month in support of the release – here are the dates:
