William Hall, who runs Dig That Treasure!, a blog dedicated to left-field pop and outsider music, has announced his first ever gig promotion for a night at Cafe OTO in Dalston on December 5.
The night features a rather ace line-up, including psych-folk artist Jane Weaver, whose album The Silver Globe, released last month, has been one of the tQ stereo mainstays this year, and Stereolab vocalist Lætitia Sadier. Support comes from 15-year-old folk duo Let’s Eat Grandma, who will be making their London debut.
