Yorkshire’s Deer Shed festival returns this July for its sixth year of family-friendly entertainment and has just announced its first wave of acts for 2015 led by John Grant, Billy Bragg and The Unthanks.
Also heading to Yorkshire for this year’s proceedings are special guests The Wedding Present, The Felice Brothers, Ibibio Sound Machine, Kiran Leonard and more. Of the first announcement, festival co-founder Oliver Jones says: "This is the best part of the year, where you can begin to shout about what you’ve got planned and get other people as excited as you are! 2014’s line-up was a hard act to follow with Johnny Marr and British Sea Power, but we think we’ve cracked it with John Grant who just blows your mind, alongside the incredible Billy Bragg, who is nothing short of a living legend. We manage to balance some big acts whilst maintaining our cosy, family feel – which is what we’re all about."
