Deathfix, the new band of Fugazi founder Brendan Canty, are headlining at The Lexington tonight, and we’d urge you, if you haven’t already bought tickets, to remedy that situation post-haste. The band indulges Canty and fellow members Rich Morel (Deep Dish) and Jerry Busher’s (French Toast/Fugazi) love of 70s rock, particularly "a shared affinity for the sounds of 1972 – particularly glam and progressive rock" as their label Dischord say.

Not only that, but support comes from Moones and Henry Blacker, the latter including two members of long-term Quietus favourites Hey Colossus.
