LISTEN: Dave.i.d – Soul Reprise

First play of opener from forthcoming new EP Exhibition

Dave.i.d, aka London-based purveyor of industrial-textured, soulful electronics David Andrew Hedges, has announced a new EP, Exhibition, his first new material since 2011’s debut album Response. It’s out on MMW1 Recordings and Dave Sitek’s label Federal Prism on November 25 and will be available on download and 12" with one of its tracks, ‘Zulu Bash’, also getting a limited edition dubplate release. A clutch of stern-sounding remixes from the likes of Vatican Shadow, Front 242, Frak and House Of Trax’s Rushmore are on the way as well.

Ahead of the release, we’ve got a couple of tasters of what to expect from the EP with opener ‘Soul Reprise’, above, and its alternative ‘Rejuvenate’ mix, below; head over to Dave.i.d’s website to get hold of the original track for free.
