After Black Mamba, a series of of 12"s and some juddering live shows (we hear particularly spectacular things about the Cut Hands show at Shipton’s Golden Cabinet), Bennett returns with Festival Of The Dead, due out on Blackest Ever Black this October (pre-orders here). It takes the African-inspired percussion of the previous Cut Hands releases and propels the tune towards the dancefloor with a massive, swinging bass. Have a listen above.
