Cult Cinema: Cigarette Burns On Monday Night

Screening of _Hausu_

The excellent Cigarette Burns Cinema evening returns on Monday 7 September at the Mucky Pup pub in Islington, London.

This time, the Japanese cult classic Hausu will be screened. Directed by Nobuhiko Obayashi and based on a story his seven year old daughter told him, the plot sees seven school girls enter a haunted house, never to return again; think Evil Dead 2 meets ‘Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds’.

With the usual raffle and supply of alcohol and food from the bar, what’s your excuse for not going? Visit the Cigarette Burns blog for more information.
