One of tQ’s favourite new bands Crack Cloud, released the music video for ‘The Next Fix.’
The song marks the band’s progression toward a funkier sound than on their self-titled debut EP. The music video focuses on the lives of average urban people, creating a video “collage” of humanity.
Made in memory of those lost to suicide and drug overdose, ‘The Next Fix’ is part one in their PAIN OLYMPICS series, the band stated, made by the Crack Cloud Collective and modelled around “harm reduction philosophy.”
“We operate as a rehabilitative outlet for a revolving cast of artists based out of the West Coast and abroad,” the band told the FADER. “By providing asylum for the disenfranchised, we advocate for a culture of healing and greater intersectional connectivity."
Crack Cloud are currently in the middle of a European tour. These shows are unmissable, and their remaining UK and Irish dates are below. They’re also returning to Europe in September.
