Clark has a new album on the way.
Due out in March, Playground In A Lake sees Clark combine with a number of collaborators including cellist Oliver Coates, Chris Taylor (from Grizzly Bear) on clarinet and Rakhi Singh on violin. There are also contributions from string ensembles and vocals by Afrodeutsche, Kieran Brunt and a 12-year-old choir boy on the record.
The artist describes his new album as "a story about real climate change, but told in mythological terms." You can listen to lead track ‘Small’ above.
Deutsche Grammophon will release Playground In A Lake on March 26, 2021.
