LISTEN: Cindytalk – Mouth Of My Sky

Stream an eight-minute grinder from recently-released new LP touchedRAWKISSEDsour

Scottish experimental musician Gordon Sharp recently released a new album under his Cindytalk alias. touchedRAWKISSEDsour came out on the American indie label Handmade Birds earlier this month, coinciding with the anniversary of the revered Cindytalk album and goth classic Camouflage Heart.

Listen to a track from the album, ‘Mouth Of My Sky (Open Up And Swallow Me)’ above. Opening with a disquieting sample that intones, "Put your hands into my mind, hold it, make it stop", the track moves through eight minutes of monochrome-sounding, austere drones, dissipating into a fog of digital feedback and abrasive noise. The release is on a strictly limited 1000-copy run – get hold of a copy via Handmade Birds here.
